Sweet Whatman Pie

Frangipani pie is served warm, garnished with fresh Aussie Granny Smith apples, bursting with regional raspberries, and dusted in cinnamon sugar.

Accompanied by cool mint ice-cream, mint leaf and drizzled in a raspberry coulis. A cool-climate Highland’s winter has never been sweeter!

Bradman Cafe – Our Sweet Whatman Pie includes a complimentary Bradman Heritage card.

Our Sweet Whatman Pie is named after Bowral’s beloved Whatman brothers, Don Bradman’s maternal uncles.

A young Don Bradman played with the Bowral Cricket Club from the age of 12. Through the enormous influence and coaching of his uncles George and Dick Whatman (1923 Captain of the Bowral Cricket Team) a young boy from Bowral went on to become the world’s greatest batsman.
