This summer’s best value entertainment is set to sizzle as tickets for the KFC T20 Big Bash League go on sale TODAY.

Families can get along to catch the Sydney Sixers thrill and entertain spectators for just $42.50, cheaper than taking the kids to the movies, the zoo or other sporting events across the summer.

There is no better experience than heading to the SCG, renamed Sydney’s Party Central for the summer, with fireworks, entertainment and some of the most exciting cricket to be seen set to a scintillating soundtrack.

The Sixers start with a Backyard Party on 21 December as the Magenta men take on cross-city rivals the Sydney Thunder in the Sydney Smash 04.

On Sunday 29 December start the New Years Party early as the Sixers take on the Melbourne Stars with a spectacular fireworks display, while on Friday 10 January join in the Girls Night Out with celebrations fit for a Queen, or Princess, when the Perth Scorchers come to town.

The Sydney will round out their regular season home matches with Sydney’s biggest Beach Party on Wednesday 15 January against the Hobart Hurricanes.

“We’ve worked really hard this year to make sure we put on the best match day experience for families and groups of friends who come to Sixers matches,” said Sixers General Manager Dominic Remond.

“We know we have great ticket prices, some of the best value in Sydney, and we want to make sure we create a fun and exciting atmosphere at our great home ground.”

Tickets start at $20 for Adults, $5 for Kids and $42.50 for Families of four. Head to Ticketek now to get your ticket to Sydney’s most exciting entertainment this summer.
