Penrith’s Patrick Jackson added to NSW Blues squad for clash with Tasmania

Penrith all rounder Patrick Jackson has been added to the NSW Blues squad for their clash with Tasmania at Blacktown International Sportspark tomorrow as a replacement for Moises Henriques.

Henriques tore a calf muscle in Friday’s defeat by Victoria. An assessment of his recovery period will be made this week.

Jackson, has been a consistent performer in Grade cricket for Penrith in recent seasons. The left-arm spinner won the Carlton Mid O’Reilly Medal last season as First Grade player of the Year and has previously represented the NSW 2nd X1.

Peter Nevill will captain the team in Henriques’ absence.
