The Bradman Foundation is proud to bring business, cricket and achievement together for an outstanding night of inspiration and entertainment.

The Bradman Foundation and the Patron, Hon. John Howard OM AC, will honour two of the games courageous openers and captains, Bill Lawry and South Africa’s Graeme Smith.

Lawry-9x11Lawry was renowned as much for his courage as for the resoluteness of his batting and old scribes still wax lyrical about the bravery he displayed in withstanding Fred Trueman and Brian Statham on the infamous “ridge” at Lord’s in 1961. As a canny observer and cultic television commentator he is positive and pragmatic and full of bon mots and bonhomie.

Smith9x11Graeme Smith is indisputably the greatest captain in the annals of South African cricket. His appointment at the age of 22 – the country’s youngest captain – stunned the international cricket community. Yet for two compelling reasons it proved an inspired decision of the then United Cricket Board of South Africa.

Your ticket includes a gourmet three-course meal and beverages. Mingle with legends whilst enjoying pre-dinner drinks and canapés served at twilight on the SCG Oval.

Select from a range of ticket prices with the majority incorporating a voluntary tax-deductible donation to assist in the operating costs of the Bradman Museum, and its historically significant collection and charitable youth programs. Three levels of support; Platinum, Gold or Silver tables of 10, or if you prefer to buy a number of tickets then there are Silver or Club single seats available.

Do not miss out, book now by contacting Belinda Dare 02 48621247 or email: [email protected] or download and complete the booking form.
