ROLLS OUT THE RED CARPET FOR LOCALS
The theme for the month is FOOD and WINE and all locals are encouraged to ‘WALK THE RED CARPET’ and come into the VIC on Wednesday 6th June, from 10am – 4pm., where they will be able to enjoy all day tastings of treats from local producers and sample some of the regions best award winning wines.
Barbequing is the buzz word around the towns and villages of the Southern Highlands at the moment with the BATTLE OF THE BANGERS set to take place during the Tulip Time Festival this year. So, to get things started and get everyone “in the mood” for a great snag, we will be holding a BBQ sausage sizzle from midday and everyone is invited. The Southern Highlands BBQ Challenge which will take place in September will be launched.
