Cricket Kits For Kids
The Bradman Foundation encourages families to donate good quality used child/youth cricket clothing and equipment to the Foundation, who will then collate and distribute cricket kits to individual children, schools and junior cricket teams on a needs basis.
We are planning a ‘kit bag packing weekend’ to coincide with the Bradman Cricket Festival on 25 February, where cricketing identities and celebrities will be invited to come to The International Cricket Hall of Fame, to help pack the kits bags ready for distribution. These bags will go to the flood-affected area of Queensland, NSW and Victoria, and the fire-affected areas of Western Australia.
After this first phase, ongoing donations/kits will be distributed to areas of need both in Australia and overseas. These may include Haiti, Indigenous communities, Sir Lanka, India and working with developing cricket nations.
