Country Cricket NSW AGM Dinner at the Bradman Centre

The Country Cricket NSW Annual Dinner was held at the Bradman Centre on 23 August 2014. More than 130 people filled the great hall to receive awards and listen to accolades.

Rodney Cavalier was presented with an Illuminated Address featuring his great cricketing passion Victor Trumper for his contribution to NSW Country Cricket while Chairman of the Sydney Cricket Ground Trust. He is the current Chairman of the Highlands District Cricket Association.

Warren Smith (Riverina Zone) was recognised for his lifetime contribution to coaching young cricketers of the Riverina. He coached Michael Slater among others.

Carly Leeson (North Coast Zone) won the NSW Women’s Country Cricketer of the Year Award.

Geoff Lawson, former Test player, coach and country cricketer together with Trevor Bayliss, NSW Cricket coach were interviewed by Master of Ceremonies Mike Coward.
